Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, the rooms were large and very clean with beautiful views. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, daniel helped me to arrange transportation and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I will be staying here again. The location was also fantastic I could walk most places I needed to go.

Room size is very good, Location of hotel is in middle of business area with lot of international dining choices nearby. Breakfast is also good with mixed choice for visitors from all over the world. Room was cleaned very well everyday with towels given fresh and also mineral water bottles given every day which is such a relief comparing to Europe where these charge you a bomb for every thing and give minimum service. Also a shout out to reception staff YUMI for being a great person and helping me out when I lost my phones in a taxi, truly an asset to the hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the metro station and travelling around the city is easy as taxi is always available outside the building. Getting a nice view of the Canton Tower is just a short walk from the hotel although walking to the tower would be impossible and would need public transport. The hotel shared the same building with another hotel taking the upper floors of the building. Lobby is at 17th floor and rooms are 17th floor and below. Checking in is fast and easy. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with some varieties of fruits and salads.

The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

The location is close to 2 major metro stations, food, and shopping areas. The staffs (from doormen to receptionists) are very helpful, supportive, and service-minded which are unlikely in China. Additionally, the room with a wooden is quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, there is no second-hand smoke in the room at all which is uncommon for hotels in China. As you may know, most taxis in China are quite tricky (even you use their ride-hailing app). In our case, a taxi we got from the app tried to collect us an unfair additional charge for any unreasonable excuse but the hotel doorman helped us to solve the problem. Lastly, there is a free shuttle bus to Canton fair!!! Final tip: If you are a non-Chinese speaking traveling for business, we do recommend to stay here. The staffs will accommodate your needs and requests.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile and good morning whenever they see you. Breakfast is ok with a variety of local food, just the choice for fruits is a bit less. They are very generous with the bottle water provided in the room.

A great and reasonably priced hotel in the very center of the Tianhe area. A spacious, stylish, well equipped room, a huge, comfortable bed, huge windows with a view on the nearby high-rises, an excellent breakfast with great views.

Although the staff spoke limited English, it was clear that they made a genuine effort to accommodate my requests promptly. When one of our rooms had a cigarette smell, they quickly moved us to another room within 5 minutes. The rooms were extremely clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining them throughout our 5-night stay. Highly recommended!

Superb location, shuttle bus for Canton Fair was a perfect bonus. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet, provides excellent breakfast with many choices for everybody. The staff was very helpful. We very much appreciated the wi-fi service. Rooms are spacious with nice city view.
